What information will i need to provide if I take the taxishop car finance option?
the taxishop.com has multiple finance company partners. All of which have varying levels of finance underwriting criteria. Information can be found within our car finance section. How long will it take for my taxi car to be delivered?
Delivery of your new / used taxi can be dependent on varying factors including Make/Model specification etc. However we are aware that most of our customer need their cars now. It's for business and business can't wait. This is why we have taxi cars available from stock now, these can take 7-10 days to turn around a delivery. Or alternatively we have vehicle Offers that will come from factory which may take between 6-16 weeks. All cars must be delivered to mainland UK only . If you are outside the mainland then we can deliver to the nearest port for you to collect.

Do I need to service my taxi car at a main dealership?
No. Taxi cars can be serviced by any bonafide garage, providing the outlet uses genuine car parts and services are carried out as per the manufacturers recommended services.
My Council requires an MOT certificate to be required on my vehicle. Can this be provided?
Yes. we can provide an MOT Certificat provided that we receive prior notification from myou prior to delivery.
What if I was supplied with the wrong vehicle?
If we have supplied you with the wrong vehicle, then under the distant selliing Act we will be required to take back the vehicle within 7 days and return your money.
Do you take part exchanges?
Usually not. Our customers are generally able to secure higher prices for their cars than our own traders can offer. However, as we do have many taxi customes looking for older vehicles we will happily feature your vehicle on our site for a small admin fee_____Read More Used Taxi Link.
Does your prices include delivery?
Yes. All of our prices include delivery direct to your preferred UK Mainland address.
Do I need to come to your office to view my new taxi car?
No. All of our vehicles are delivered direct from our suppliers. Should you wish to view a vehicle, then we can arrange this with one of our supplier.
Can I claim the VAT back on my taxi car?
Yes. If you are a limited Company and are VAT registered then you will be able to claim the VAT back on you vehicle .
Will I get a warranty with the taxi car that is supplied by thetaxishop.com?
Yes. All new taxi cars will come with the manufacturers warranty. The period of which, varys from Manufacturer to Manufacturer. Nearly new taxi cars will carry the balance of the Manufacturers warranty. Most Manufacturers offer a warranty that lasts between 2-3 years.
