Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I get Finance if I have been Bankrupt?
   Yes, as long as it has been discharged, of which you will have to provide Paperwork.
2. How long will it take to have an answer on Finance?
   It takes between 24 - 48 hours to receive an answer from the Finance Company after application.
3. What information do I need?
   If we do require information from you, you will need to produce a copy of.
   
   
   1. Drivers Licence (both parts)
   2. Taxi Licence
   3. 3 months Bank Statements (this is only to prove you have a valid Bank Account)
   4. Tenancy Agreement and/or Utility Bill (dated within the last 30 days) as proof of address.
   However, if you do not have these, please call us as we may be able to negotiate with the Finance Company to work around it.
4. How long for delivery of my vehicle?
   This can depend on the Make/Model/Specification and colour. Usually your vehicle will take from 7 - 10 days to be delivered and up to 16 weeks for Factory ordered vehicles. Please note: We deliver to Mainland UK only, if you are outside the mainland we can deliver to the nearest port for you to collect.
5. Can I claim VAT back on my vehicle?
   Yes, if you are a Limited company and VAT Registered you can claim the VAT back on your vehicle.
6. What warranty do I get?
   We supply all vehicles with Full Manufacturers Warranties. Terms and Mileage will depend on the Manufacturer.
7. Do I have to get my vehicle serviced at a main dealer?
   No, as long as you're nominated garage is VAT Registered and fits genuine Manufacturers Parts.
8. My Council requires an MOT Certificate on my vehicle. Can this be supplied?
   Yes, as long as we have notification from you before delivery.
9. What if I was supplied the wrong vehicle?
   Under the Distant Selling Act we would take back the vehicle within 7 days and return you all monies.
10. Do you take Part exchanges?
    Usually not as we find that you, our customer can get a lot more for your vehicle than our Traders offer.
11. Do I have to collect the vehicle?
    No, delivery is free anywhere in the Mainland UK and delivered to your door.
12. Can I come and view my vehicle at your offices?
    No, all vehicles are delivered straight from the Manufacturer. If you are a Fleet Customer, we can arrange for a Demonstration Vehicle for you to view.
13. What can I expect from my initial telephone conversation?
    We will discuss which vehicle you are interested in and fill in a Proposal Form with you for your Finance if Finance is needed. This is your basic information Name/Address, Work and Bank Details. If accepted we order and arrange the delivery of your vehicle, subject to paperwork.
